| ANTIFREEZE

Failure of the cooling system is the number one cause of engine-related breakdowns, so it's important to check your antifreeze levels often.
Your engine produces intense heat and needs to be cooled. In fact, the engine gets so hot, without proper cooling, it can actually burn itself up!
The radiator should be checked for leaks and a complete flush and fill is recommended every 2 years.
BRAKES

We all know that pushing down on the brake pedal slows a car to stop but there are 3 necessary components for your brakes to work.
Leverage- this comes from the brake pedal applied by your foot. Hydraulic force - the heart of the brake system is the master cylinder. Friction- this is created by hydraulic pressure.
Brake fluid levels should be checked with each oil change. Brake fluid delivers the force to various parts of the brake when pressure is applied to the brake pedal. Have your brakes inspected once a year or if you experience: *Low or spongy brake pedal *Hard brake pedal *Brake warning light that stays on *Continuous squealing or grinding brakes
FILTERS

A side from an oil change, replacing the oil, air and fuel filters on a regular basis is the single most important maintenance you can perform for your engine. This can make a big difference in the performance of your car.
Fuel filters keep dirt, rust and other contaminants from getting into your engine and fuel injectors.
Oil filters keep the oil in your car clean. We recommend changing your oil filter each time you get your oil changed.
Air filer keeps debris like leaves, dirt, etc. from getting into your engine.
Cabin filters cleans the air that your heating and air conditioning systems bring into your vehicle.
FUEL INJECTION

The fuel injector generally delivers a more accurate and equal mass of fuel to each cylinder of the engine than a carburetor can, improving the cylinder to cylinder distribution.
Fuel injection provides:
*Cleaner emissions *More power from the engine *Less fuel needed for the same power output
A dirty fuel injector can cause:
*Poor acceleration *Lower power *Rough idling *Poor fuel economy *Incorrect air/fuel mixture
We recommend that the fuel injector is cleaned every 25,000 miles. If you make many short trips or if your car has high miles, the fuel injector may be more susceptible to becoming clogged.
OIL CHANGES

Properly scheduled oil changes can help extend the life of your car.
One of the most common mistakes in car care is to put off simple things such as oil changes.
Changing the oil in your car is recommended every 3 months or 3,000 miles.
TIRES

Proper tire rotation can help your car drive better and can actually save you money! According to a recent study by the National Transportation and Safety Administration, more than 25% of all passenger cars have under inflated tires. This could mean:
Lower gas mileage Tire failure Faster tread wear Poor handling
We recommend that you rotate your tires every 6,000 miles. High performance tires should be rotated every 3,000 - 5,000 miles. Proper balance is also important to extend the life of your tires.
TRANSMISSION FLUID

Transmission fluid is a slippery liquid that acts as a lubricant for all moving parts inside your transmission. It also acts as a coolant in automatic transmissions.
Transmission fluid should be changed at 60,000 to 100,000 miles. the change is a good investment since metal shavings and other contaminants can get into the transmission if it is not properly lubricated.
